30 day cooling off period

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? At Cycleshirts, you can simply return the product within 30 days after the invoice date. It is important that the product is complete and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible). Damaged items (unfortunately) we cannot take back. Not sure whether your product can still be returned? Please first contact us.

Exchange

Size is not good? Exchange is available till 30 days after purchase. Send us an email at [email protected]. Send your products for exchange to the address below (own expense). When we have received your package we will ship immediately the new package with the correct sizes.

Returns Policy

Step 1: Make sure you put your order back into its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Costs of Return

The postage for the return of products are at own expense. When the return is the result of a mistake on our part, we will take the costs. If you return your entire order, you will receive the full purchase price of the products returned. If you do not return the entire order you will receive only the purchase price of the returned product.

Products purchased in the Sale or with a coupon code

Exchanges: Products which are bought in sale will be converted into a voucher, which is valid until one year after issuance.

Warranty

For all the items you buy from us, the statutory warranty applies. This means that an item must be in good condition and in normal use should function properly. When you receive an item which is damaged or broken, we will provide you as soon as possible a suitable solution. Depending on the product, we do this by replacement, repair or refund. Please make sure that you comply with the laundry & use regulations, which can be found on our website.
